Miami Valley Emergency Specialists (MVES) is a democratic, physician-owned emergency medicine group providing high-quality, patient-centered care across the Premier Health system in southwest Ohio. For more than two decades, MVES physicians have proudly staffed multiple emergency departments, including Miami Valley Hospital—the region’s only Level 1 Trauma Center—as well as Miami Valley Hospital North, Miami Valley Hospital South, Atrium Medical Center, Upper Valley Medical Center, and freestanding emergency departments in Beavercreek, Jamestown, and Miamisburg.

As an independent group, MVES values collaboration, transparency, and clinical excellence. Our physicians combine deep community roots with academic engagement through our long-standing partnership with the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Together, we help train the next generation of emergency physicians through resident and student education, simulation, and leadership development.
